Carbon Processors
A progressive positions that requires a strong back ground and understand of polymer products and formulations. This job also requires leadership which includes rapidly learning the industry which will require the candidate to be exposed to all areas of our business---not just his/her degreed area of expertise. It is a hands-on position where the engineer gains invaluable experience and skills on a variety of projects to be applied throughout a career with Klean Industries.
Job Requirements:
- Rubber Technology Certificate
- Lab technologist,R&D
- Quality Control
- Carbon Sales & Marketing Experience
- Experience with industrial construction projects -- EPC environment, recycling industries, specializing in pyrolysis and gasification of wastes into energy and recovered products.
- Experience completing detailed back end processing estimates including feasibility, budget, and detailed lump sum estimates
- Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Suretrax, MS Visio and Timberline skills are needed
Estimators
The Estimator/Proposal Engineer is responsible for the generation of project estimates and sales proposals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with industrial construction projects -- EPC environment
- Prefer Steam and Power experience
- Experience completing detailed estimates including feasibility, budget, and detailed lump sum estimates
- Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Suretrax, and Timberline skills are needed
Field Engineers
The Klean Industries field engineer rapidly learns the industry and will be exposed to all areas of our business---not just his/her degreed area of expertise. It is a hands-on position where the engineer gains invaluable experience and skills on a variety of projects to be applied throughout a career with Klean Industries. Typical responsibilities include:
- Study Klean Industries and vendor drawings and documents to become familiar with both the intricate details and the project as a whole.
- Assist the construction superintendent and project manager in managing, supervising, and tracking the schedules of subcontractors and vendors working onsite.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
- Interface with design engineers at the office to provide solutions to problems in the field.
- Assist in the start-up and initial operation of projects.
- Assist the construction superintendent in ensuring that the final product produced by Klean Industries and our subcontractors is a quality product in full compliance with all contractual obligations, applicable codes, and customer regulations.
