Thank you for visiting the Klean Industries video section, please continue to check back with us as this revised video section will feature live video surveillance with continuous 24/7 streaming media of selected commercial facilities in operation.These plants will feature closed-circuit television (CCTV) which is the use of video cameras to transmit signal to a specific, limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point wireless links.
Some of the more advanced locations will feature email alerts and motion-detection CCTV, utilizing Digital Video Recorders (DVR). This with allow us to create visual data logs which are then integrated with operational data logs to create fully accessible performance history logs attributed to the operations of each unique plant that are then stored on our secured servers. These servers can then be accessed remotely anywhere in the world.
In industrial plants, CCTV equipment is already being used to observe certain parts of the operations from a central control room. For example, on tire shredding plants, CCTV cameras allow the operators to confirm that people are clear of the hoppers before starting the system.
